WEBINAR:
Efficient mature Hepatocyte differentiation from disease specific hiPS cells
Human induced pluripotent stem (hiPS) cell-derived hepatocytes have the potential to serve as predictive human in vitro model systems for drug discovery, drug metabolism research, and hepatotoxicity studies, provided that they possess relevant hepatocyte functions. Combined with efficient gene editing and single cell cloning the Cellartis® iPS Cell to Hepatocyte Differentiation System gives researchers the ability to determine the effects of specific mutations created via gene editing within the donor-specific genetic background of the starting hiPS cells used.
Watch our webinar to discover a complete, robust and efficient workflow for hepatocyte disease modelling:
- Highly reproducible, robust system for differentiation of hiPS cells to mature hepatocytes
- An innovative culture system that enables efficient gene editing and single-cell-cloning
- Footprint-free gene editing using Cas9/sgRNA ribonucleoprotein complexes
- Generation of mature hepatocytes from an hiPS cell line containing a tyrosinemia-related SNP
