All of the guide RNAs in our Guide-it™ CRISPR Genome-Wide sgRNA Library are fully sequenced in every lot to determine representation of each guide RNA within the library. To access the sequencing results for this product, please fill out and submit the form.

Quality sgRNA libraries are as simple as adding water!

Our sgRNA library system is based on the Brunello library with four highly active guides per gene, and is provided pre-mixed, aliquoted, and lyophilized with all the necessary plasmids and transfection reagents required for obtaining high lentivirus titers while maintaining guide representation. Just add water to the Cas9 and sgRNA transfection mixes, vortex, and add the transfection mix to the provided packaging cells. It's that simple!
